Vlad’s Huron Heights Public School is participating in “Jump Rope for Heart” this year. It is a huge movement by Heart & Stroke Foundation, charity organization dedicated to fight heart deceases.
The main idea of this movement is that kids are making a pledge to jump rope daily, spread the word about preserving strong and healthy heart (do’s and dont’s, what to eat, etc). A big part of this whole event is fundrising. Children could get small nice prizes for their fundrising accomplishments, but more important — schools with best results could receive free new sport equipment for kids. But even more important — kids are getting used to fundrising culture.

Ok, Russia is not the most corrupt country in the world. But still it is far behind Canada, Australia, Scandinavia, most of Europe and USA.
